I am a 57 year old male and while riding a mechanical bull I felt something pop in my groin area. I was in intense pain for several days. It s been over 3 weeks since the injury and I still have a lot of pain from the penis to the groin area with a constant pain inside the groin area. What should I do ?

Hello
I would advice you to go for Ultrasonography abdomen + pelvis
This would help to make accurate diagnosis. and on then we could start the treatment.
I am suspecting inguinal hernia in your case but only be confirmed after the USH abdomen
Then you may take opinion to your doctor for further treatment or you may also share the report with us and we would suggest you next line of treatment
Hope this is clear to you

In case of any query feel free to ask

Thanks
