Suggest Treatment For Pain In Elbow

My left elbow has been hurting in one spot for several weeks. It does not look bruised nor do I remember hitting it on something. I do resistance training twice a week and that is where I really feel it. Have to decrease the weight. If you bend your arm up its the bone to the right that protrudes. What do you think?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to epicodylitis. It is a type of tendinitis due to over use. In such case rest , NSAIDs like aceclofenac , local ketoprofen gel application all helps. If there is no improvement then local injection of corticosteroid triamcinolone will be helpful. A consultation with an orthopedician is well appreciated.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
