Suggest Treatment For Pain During Sex

Hi, I'm 19 years old and am due to have a pelvis ultrasound in 6 weeks about pain during sex. I've always had heavy periods and clotting, but today I had a thick rubbery grey substance on my pad.Ive taking the pill non stop for six weeks up until 3 days ago.

Hi,
From the description you have given, it appears as though you have shed an endometrial cast. This happens when there is some endometritis and also during membranous dysmenorrhea. Pain during intercourse can occur when there is some pelvic pathology like infection, ovarian cysts, polyps and also when the ovaries are prolapsed into the pouch of Douglas as in the case of a retroverted uterus. Masses in the pelvis are another cause. Please get the discharge examined if possible for clarification. Hope this helps.
