As you lose your virginity and did protected sex with condom, you should undergo one home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy (due to missed period) as condom has high failure rate (around 15%). Losing virginity can effect on your mind and period date may alter for 1-7 days from expected date. Basic reasons of missed period are mental stress, psychological factor, emotional upset, hormonal imbalance, over wt/ extreme loss, change in eating pattern etc. In absence of pregnancy, above feature may be related with Premenstrual symptom, which indicates you will get your period soon.
