Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tingling Feeling In Legs After Injury

Hi, i fell on my hips at hockey today and im getting an ache / kind if tingly feeling in my legs which i cant really tell if its serious or not. Fell once with pads then later once with no pads and hit really hard. Will circulation get messed up or what I feel stupid needing to ask this and im probably way over thinking this

show to an orthopedic doctor or visit ER for an x ray of hip to rule out any crack/fracture.secondly take pain medicines prescribed by doctor and do not do weight bearing till you get clearance from ER about any deep injury.
