Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling On The Ankles
hi, I hurt my ankle about a week ago and it has been purple, black, and green from my toes up to the middle of my shin. The swelling was pretty bad, but it has gone down a lot but the pain seems to have increased. I ice and elevate 20 mins on 20 mins off constantly. My whole foot up to my knee keeps becoming really cold and numb for very long periods of time, no matter what I do to it. Can you explain to me what could be the cause of that? thanks
