Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling Near Surgical Site Post C Section

I had a C section 12 days ago. I felt like it was healing well until about 4 days ago my left side above the scar (feels like the internal incision) started aching and swelling. Swelling and sensitivity have gotten worse each day. Went for check up with my OB yesterday and he seemed a little puzzled and prescribed antibiotics as a precaution. I started those immediately but today about 24 hours after seeing my OB the swelling seems to be almost double the size and even more uncomfortable. Plan on going in to see him again tomorrow morning but kind of wondering if I should go to the ER? What could this be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the condition is bad one then better to see the ER, what the history is given here I could say that it must be pus collection inside and that need to be taken care hope this information helps.
