OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain and swelling after intercourse can be due to vaginal infection or Bartholin cyst. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and vaginal swab examination and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
