Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Left Testicles
My left testicle has swollen, I do not have any pain nor discomfort, my internist told me that it may cause a syst or a hernia . In but case need surgery. Your advice please. I'm going to have ultrasound tomorrow. Thank you so much. I will be 81 years old in 3 months.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood your concerns. The commonest chances of having enlargement of thesis/ scrotum on one side at the age of 81 without any pain is hydrocele. This does not change the size and is not tender. The hernia is reducible hence the swelling always changes size. Ultrasonography will confirm the diagnosis. If you are medically fit, go for surgical correction.
