Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Toes After Injury

I was recently playing soccer when i accidentally kicked the grown. Now i am home and i cannot point my toes towards me. I feel no pain and can wiggle my toes fine. I cannot make my heel touch the ground first, and it feels like my muscle to move my foot is asleep.

thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.....

well it seems like you have injured some ligament or muscle tendon while going for the kick...what you should do is not forcefully flex or extend your toes, rest your foot, and visit an ORTHOPAEDICIAN asap for examination and some investigations if required....

hope this was helpful...
