Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In The Lower Back

hi my name is vicki. about 5 days ago i woke up with a stiffness in my lower back...right side. it was tolerable but then it turned into spazems starting middle butt area and goed down both legs to my ancles. its like a charle horse that you get when you are sleeping. i have previous nerve damage in my right foot and when the spazems come on i can feel like a nerve un winding [if that makes sence]. the pain actually takes my breathe away when it comes on. its not too bad untill i stand up and walk and its almost impossible to just stand still. i have been useing a cane the past 2 days and am lookimg for some relieve soon...words of comfot too....thank you....vicki beloat

Hi, It seems to a sciatica problem where sciatic nerve is trapped on account of compression. It is associated with vertebral column diseases. It would be better to take rest and some painkillers. It is also better to have extension exercises to relieve back.
