Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Knee After Performing Exercise

Yes. I did a stretching exercise on Thurs. sitting in a chair raising each leg to a 90 degree angle and pulling my toe toward myself and yesterday I could hardly walk on my left leg. Feel like I pulled something. It s better today. Just wondered if I should ice it. The stiffness and pain is all to the back of my let behind my knee area. The exercise is called knee extension. Thank you, Cathy
