Suggest Treatment For Pain And Pressure Caused By Esophagitis

I have been suffering with esophgatis grade two and have been on Previced 40 mg, didn t work, tried dexilant 60 mg didnt work now taking nexium 40 mg not working. The pain and pressure and nausea will not let up. I did have radiation to he left breast 13 years ago. Do you damaged les spinchter? The pain is unbearable. Do you thin surgery will help me?

Hi thank you for your query.
If you were my patient i would put you on pantaprazole with sustained release domperidone (tab PAN-D ) for 6 weeks with syp mucaine gel 15ml three times a day (half an hour before meal).
drink plenty of fluids ,avoid fried,spicy food,do not lie down flat for atleast 2 hrs after your meal,Take your meal at regular time.
