I had an MRI done last week for tremendous pain in my lower lumbar region of my back, my right side and leg, accompanied by tingling numbness. The Mri results read as follows At L4-L5: There is no disc bulge, there is central disc protrusion which indents the ventral thecal sac, and the transiting right and left L5 nerve roots. Mild central canal stenosis. No neuroforamina stenosis. Unremarkable articular facets. What exactly does it mean, and what type of treatment should I expect to have to undergo to fix the pain that I am still experiencing.
