Suggest Treatment For Pain And Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation

my gf is having abnormal excessive pain and bleeding in her mens cycle. we had sex 3months earliar and had i-pill in given time means after 20 hours. so what could be tge reasons of this excessive pain and bleeding. this is her 3rd period after we had sex and she was going through bleeding near about 30 days before this period.

I think it is hormonal imbalance causes pain and bleeding during menstruation as a part of premenstrual syndrome.
For exact diagnosis consult the gynecologist for diagnosis of causes like:
Fibroid and polyp in uterus
Endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disorder, Dysfunction of ovary/ovarian cyst, thyroid disorder
Excessive stress
Undergo following tests:
Pelvic examination
Lower abdomen USG
Endometrial biopsy, PAP smear, ovarian follicle study, CBC, ESR, Coagulation profile. Full hormonal profile.

Meanwhile take following advice:
Proper bed rest
Healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Tablet meftal spas for pain
Warm pad compression over abdomen
Avoid stress
Warm water shower and relaxation exercise.
