HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that if there is no infection or stone then it can not be painful, the feeling that you have must be pseudo pain and this is nothing to worry about this in my opinion stop paying attention toward this it would come around soon, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
