Hi,
The red mark it due to friction against tight inner wear. Kindly apply a calamine lotion and antiseptic cream to decrease the friction.

For vomiting and heart burn - it suggests reflux eosophagitis. The helpful medication for this purpose is: proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole 40 mg , half an hour before breakfast daily for a month . However, consult a physician before taking the medication.
