Urologist 's  Response
Hi Dr.and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety.
As your urine culture is sterile and scan is normal, you don't need to worry.
Only symptomatic treatment is needed.
Desquamated cells in urine are of no consequence. No point checking urine.
For dysuria, take urine alkalysers, like potassium citrate syrup.
If the symptoms are bothersome, you'll need to do the following :
1. blood creatinine,RBS,PSA.LFT and platelets.
2. uroflowmetry.
According to the reports,an Urologist after examination, can advise treatment. Drink about ten glasses fluids daily.
