Suggest Treatment For Pain After Suffering A Broken Rib
I think I broke my leftside rib a week ago, its hugely painful when I cough if I try to lift above my head, stretch out arm or twist to the left especially. The break seams to be to me a 45 decree break. It seams to jump out when doing any of the above then jump back, but like a nobbley jump if you no what I mean. Also gives me pain discomfort in left arm and top of back shoulder blade area

I really appreciate your concern, if this is rib fracture then it can be painful, particularly when posture changes or when some strength comes on fractured part so care need to be taken for that else it would be painful in such situation till it get healed completely although this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day,
