Hi,
I am Dr ali and I am a urologist.
I shall try to help you.
In my opinion there are multiple reasons for overactive bladder including Diabetes, neurologic causes and chronic infection of bladder.
There is difference between OAB and urinary incontinence. You need to get urodynamic study to see either of the two.
If it is stress incontinence than you may benefit from sling operation.
I advice my patients of overactive bladder to take antimuscuranic medicines .Fluid restriction take water when you rare thirsty. Stop all fizzy drinks.
Regards
