Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst
I have a pain in the front lower left. I do have a small ovarian cyst. But I m thinking it might be related to something else! If it were associated with my colon, what else should I be looking for besides pain. Also, is there a muscle there that I could be affected?

Left lower abdominal pain may be due to many reasons like intestinal problem,left adnexal pathology,genitourinary calculus,musculoskeletal reasons etc.
This need proper clinical correlation and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound of abdomen can exclude many causes and it is very helpful in diagnosis.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
