Suggest Treatment For Osteoporosis
Hi, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my wrist and a little in my hip. Doctor suggested I take Fosamax but I m not sure about taking any medication. I don t want taking any drugs if not completely necessary and was researching what I could do to treat naturally.

So you have been prescribed alendronate drug which will prevent bone loss and so you will improve
If your calcium level low than this drug use cautiously
So according to doctor advise take this drug which is indicated in your case
