Hello i am 54 years old, female, and weighs 65 kilos. just had my chest xray done. The findings goes this way: The lungs are clear . tracheal air column is at the midline. The heart is not enlarged both hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are intact. Osseous structures are porotic the rest of the included structures are unremarkable. The impressions are: Unremarkable cardio-pulmonary findings Senile osteoporosis I also had my blood test for calcuim level in my blood The result is 2.36 mmol/L. Which appears to be normal Wth the reference range. 1.75-2.39 I just want to know how can i treat my osteoporosis. I hope you can help me with this. Thank you.IP
