My dear friend,
Libido or desire to have sex and physical ability to perform it successfully are two separate entities and are dependant upon different sets of factors, though some of them may be common.
Desire to have sexual orgasm is governed by mental set up. So if you like sex and you enjoy orgasm, you will have increased desire. However, the performance is dependant on physical factors like
hormonal levels, presence or absence of any disease like
diabetes, the physical condition of the genital organs, etc.
The size of
clitoris depends up on the sexual hormones. At this age, due to the low levels of sexual hormones (Oestrogen +
Progesterone), the whole genital system has undergone atrophy. Clitoris being an organ of reproductory system, also undergoes atrophy. This is not an acute or overnight change. This has been happening in you over last more that a decade or so; you have noticed it just now.
The size of clitoris need not bring down your clitoral orgasm unless the sensitivity of clitoris has diminished due to
neuritis like ailments. Since there is
vaginal atrophy and the vaginal insertion may be painful, vaginal orgasm may get affected.
You may give a trial of Vit B 1+6+12 in higher doses to increase the sensitivity of Clitoris. Also, please do not touch the clitoris dry. Use water based jellies like vaginal jelly as lubricant while tickling the clitoris. Dry handling of genital organs, particularly clitoris is very uncomfortable, may be even painful.
You need not be worried about the size of the clitoris so long as you can maintain its sensitivity.
If you are doing intravaginal
masturbation by dildo, you may find it painful due to vaginal atrophy causing pain and hindrance in reaching the orgasm. You may have to shift from dildo to your fingers or smaller objects with proper lubrication for masturbation.
Masturbation is a state of fantasy. Are there any events or thoughts on your mind which are interfering the thoughts of fantasy? If so, pacify your mind, excite them only with erotic thoughts to get your orgasm.
I hope this helps you. If you want any more information about the problem, you may ask me direct question or contact me.
