Suggest Treatment For Oral Thrush

Hi, I have been on antibiotics for a week now for a lump in my throat (which has not gone) and yesterday I started to have a lot of irritation and soreness down below. I have had thrush before but this time there is no discharge. Just itching/burning and soreness/swelling. Is this thrush and can be treated with over the counter medication?
