Suggest Treatment For Oozing Pus From The Wound In A Hemiplegic Patient

I Wish to know about treating LT leg wound on hemiplegic patient (64/F), Had been cleaning and dressing wound since past 10 days with savlon, hydrogen peraoxide and wokadine, still pus seems to ooze out from the open would, pl advice, shall I cover the would after dressing or any other procedures as deem fit and proper

I would suggest you to get pus sample collected on swab and test for gram staining and culture sensitivity testing. Take the oral antibiotics based on the results.
