Please, can you explain to me whether i could be fertile or infertile

I really appreciate your concern, the give report seems to be oligospermia but it can fertile the egg, look just one sperm needs for conception, and if you want to get the correct report then repeat the test after abstinence period of at least 15 days else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
