Suggest Treatment For Occipital Neuralgia, Nausea, Dizziness And Migraine

I was diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia and having severe migraines. My right side of my face went numb and my right arm is weak. I get dizzy and nauseated a lot. I m a very healthy 28 year old and workout everyday. No injuries, just started feeling pain that progressed with physical therapy. My MRI states I slipped my C2 and C4 , but not pinching on nerve. I have an MRI on my brain scheduled by my neurologist soon. What could this be??
