Suggest Treatment For Obesity And Borderline Fat Content

Hello,
I had a comprehensive health check done for my father who is 64 years of age. some points were noted in the report. It was stated he is Obese. Fat Content was 32% Please explain in brief what does it mean & what precautions should be taken:

Sr. HS CRP is raised intermediate risk
TMT borderline Postive inducible ischemia
mild anamia

Greetings! A % body fat for a gentleman 64 years of age indicates that he is obese. An average % body fat for males 50+ is 12-19%. Any value greater than 24 in men is considered obese. Thank you for coming to HCM. Kathy Shattler, MS,RDN
