Suggest Treatment For Numbness On Face And Neck

Was in Sutter ER Saturday with CTscan showing 1cm angioma, symptoms numbness on left side of face and neck persisting for 4 hours. Cardiologist suggested I schedule w/ a neurosurgeon. Should I consult w/ a neurologist instead. Some palpitations, atenolol 75mg daily otherwise post op for hysterectomy 6 mos ago. No other chronic conditions. Thanks
