Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think You are suffering from of temporary paralysis of your peroneal nerve leading to restriction of up and down movement of your foot . This will automatically recover in some days. However you may take neurotropic vitamins such as mecobalamin to promote nerve healing. If recovery does not occur in few days then nerve conduction tests of sciatic nerve will be useful. You are advised to see orthopedician. I think your query query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
