Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Arms
I feel numbness on both my arms. The sensation had lasted for about 11 hours then my lips started to have the same sensation. This is not the first time that this happened, but it always goes away 1 hour later than onset of symptoms. What could it be?

Hi.
As per your case history of numbness, my treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Other treatment options are injectable vitamin b12 and gabapentin given only after consulting a dermatologist.
