Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling On Feet And Legs

My husband feels like he has tourneqets around his knees. He has numbness and tingling in both feet and legs. He had a knee feplacement done 13 months ago and back surgery in january. He is always off balanced when he walks. He is using a cane now. ANY IDEAS?

You should go for MRI of the Knee joint as it might be any nerve damage during the knee replacement surgery. Also you should be go for the evaluation for Blood sugar level and Blood pressure level. Your further treatment would be based on these investigations. So go for these all.
