Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed And Headache

I got lightly hit in the nose half an hour ago and my nose lightly bled. I have a headache, pain in my eyes and a pain in my left nostril also pressure on the bridge of my nose and t-zone there is no swelling and doesn t look to be any bruising so far it s just very painful

If I were you I would go to the emergency room and get evaluated, for possible fracture of the nose. They can do some plain x rays on you, and treat the pain.
