Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed After Head Injury
Hello. My son is going to be 3 in march. Earlier he hit his head from jumping bed to bed then fell from his car toy hit the same spot on his right ear and the side of his head. He woke up from sleeping with bloody nose wouldn t stop bc we was crying. Should I take him to the er?? he tells me his ear and head hurt gave him tylenol for the pain. I m concerned about him bc his not a bleeder. :/

I understand your concern.
Bleeding from nose after head injury shouldn't be taken lightly. It suggests some injury in nasal bones or at the base of skull. Diagnoses has to be done by X-ray and also by CT scan if needed.
I advise you not to wait and quickly go t ER for further investigation & management.
