Hi
The common causes for such findings on semen analysis are varicocele, smoking, use of recreational drugs, excess alcohol, hormonal abnormalities etc. You will need your male hormone profile, and ultrasound of your testicles to evaluate further. Meanwhile take multivitamin supplements, avoid tight clothing, avoid bathing in hot water and avoid the risk factors mentioned above if anything applies to you.
