Suggest Treatment For Neck Stiffness And Bruise On Ear

My mastoid process was hit in a combat five days ago. After being hit, I was fully conscious and able to move. Since then, I have been feeling sore on the surrounding organ such as neck stiffness and little bruise on the back of my left ear. The pain has faded away over time, but it is already on the fifth day and I am worried that it might result in infection or further bleeding in one of the organs. Should I take medication to prevent severe impacts or is it alright not to worry since it has been fading away over time?

Neck stiffness could be a result of muscle spasm following injury and redness is secondary to injury. As healing process the pain will fade away along with discoloration as the blood hematoma will dissolve slowly. However, if you still have stiff neck, taking painkillers and hot fermentation of the area will help in stiff neck and pain
