Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain After A Spinal Fusion Surgery

I have a bad neck; fusion from C4-C7, with C2 &3 hyp. I have continue neck pain, a knot at the base of my skill. my head feels cold alot. I always have trouble sleeping. I get facet injection and nerve block in the greater region bilaterally. I am still very uncomfortable.
