Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Stomach Pain And Diarrhea

Have nausea diarrhoea and stomach pain for one week not getting any better. Taking gastro stop pramin and panadol drinking hydra lyte these upset stomachs happening regularly. Have COPD high blood pressure gall stones hernia fatty liver enlarged aorta what else can I do any ideas what is causing diarrhoea so frequently.My email address is helenenelson @icloud .com

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of nausea, stomach pain and diarrhea. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance or intestinal ileus. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history . Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non spicy , avoid food like sea food and nuts , take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down.
