Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Headache And Blurred Vision After Hitting Head

I fell about 31/2 weeks ago. I didn t realize I hit my head. I ve had some nausea, headaches and blurred vision and I have seen a doctor. The doctor wants me to watch for symptoms that won t go away and new symptoms that crop up. Today, I looked down and now I can t turn my head in either direction, nor can I lift it without severe pain. Also, the back of my neck is crunching when I try. It sounds like I m cracking a few knuckles at the same time. I thought I should go in, but it s Saturday and I hoping to wait for Monday.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having nausea, headache, blurred vision after hitting head. These symptoms indicate concussion head injury. This requires evaluation by neurological examination and investigations like CT scan to rule out concussion injury and treatment accordingly.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
