Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Excessive Gas And Light Headed Feeling
Hi Dr. , I have had horrible nausea and gas discomfort with excessive burping since 2pm today with no relief and only intensified pain and discomfort. I threw up a small amount once at 4:15pm but felt no relief. I have tried moving around/stretching to help rid the gas pain, but become very light headed and more nauseous feeling. What can I do to help feel better/release some of the gas pressure? Should I go to the hospital if this continues?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that you have could be due to some dyspepsia and this could be due to hyperacidity and in my opinion this can be managed with, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care.
