Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting

I get very nauseous after noon whenever I take one single bite of food, even just smelling or thinking of some foods make me nauseous. Usually I just put the food down or eat slowly, but nothing really works. I ve already stopped eating dairy and all meat except chicken and fish as I always got nauseous when eating those foods but I still do get nauseous sometimes. It has not gotten to the point of throwing up, but it s still very bothersome.
