Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Lightheadedness
for the past few days i have been feeling unsteady and off balance - a few times tottering against the wall when walking. i also have been a bit nauseous on and off and feeling lightheaded. also a bit head spinning when i lie my head pretty flat down on the bed and spinning a bit as i get up. i take coumodin and wondering if i am having a brain bleed and, if so, how dangerous is that? are there any more definitive symptoms?

Take-Depo- medrol one ml 40 mg weekly tapper 40,30,20,10,5 etc
Antiviral - ACIHERPIN 400 mg 3 times a day.
Take medication as mentioned above.Please do MRI scan.Thanks
