Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Dizziness After Medicine Overdose
Hello a few months ago I took and overdose on several medications which I will name shortly .. And ever since this incident I ve been feeling nausea and dizziness I also get out of breath a lot faster then I normally would on top of this haven t been on my monthly cycle ... What could it be? What s should I do ? ..... Tablets I took ( metformin 500mg, Tamoxifen 20mg, losartan potassium 100mg,sertraline 100mg and fluoxetine 50mg ... .)
Hello As you mentioned that you took few drugs as mentioned in the query i.e. metformin, tamoxifen, losartan, sertralin and fluoxetine . As sertralin and fluoxetine causes nausea , hyper acidity and gastritis . So in such cases I advise my patient to tale some antacid ( if it contains oxetacaine , then it is better ) but if symptoms are severe , you may need drugs proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole-D once or twice in day ( although dose is once in the night on empty stomach). Also avoid greasy , spicy foods pizza, burgers . So for prescription consult a doctor and get a prescription. Good luck.
