Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Abdominal Bloating And Cramps

Hi. I m trying to conceive. I had cramping the week before my period was due and was having pregnancy symptoms. The day before it was due I started to bleed. This was much lighter than normal and lasted half as long. I m tired and still have nausea, bloating, vivid dreams and pressure/cramps. Tests have been negative. I m not sure what s wrong.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance, pregnancy symptoms.
Light bleeding just for half a day along with cramp could be an implantation bleeding.
Other symptoms are also variable symptoms of the pregnancy due to increase in progesterone level.
Pregnancy test will give positive result when your period will delay by the 8-10 from the normal expected period day.
You did pregnancy test very early, that nay be a reason of the negative test.
Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet,
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal, take proper rest, drink plenty of water
You can take tablet pantoprazole and domperidone for the nausea
Do regular exercise like walking.
Hope this may help you
