Suggest Treatment For Nasal Polyps

I have had nasal polyps in both sides of my nose for years, a few nights ago, I thought my nose was just dried out due to my heat source. It has been causing me some pain. My left side is so sore inside, I cannot stand it. I looked in my mirror a few minutes ago, and noticed the polyp on my left side was barely even noticeable, and for as long as I can remember, it has always been big, and partially blocked my nasal passage. My question is, can they bust and cause the pain I am having? and could it make my ear hurt, and my throat when I yawn?

Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
The nasal polyps does not burst and cause pain. The polyps can affected sinus ventilation leading to pain.
The infection from nose and sinuses can enter throat and ear.
I recommend the following.
1) A through clinical examination of ear, nose and throat.
2) CT scan of nose and sinuses to see the extent of sinus disease.
3) You might require endoscopic sinus surgery.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
