I had congestion and decided to use afrin nose spray but i think i got it too far in my nose. Because less than 3 min after using it I have been vomiting clear looking snot/mucus. My throat and nose are burning like crazy. And my nose is running like crazy. I have never had this happen before. I am wondering if it is indeed because of the nose spray?
1) Decongestant tablet antihistamine levocetrizine with phenylephrine. 2) Oxymetazoline nasal drops for nasal block. Don't use this drops continuously for more than 6 days.
