One of my friend`s father who is facing with heart problem and also diabeties. Her father often cannot breath because of nasal problem like sniffing. They want me to buy nosal spray from USA. I don`t know what medicine is the best for him. Can you please tell me what should I buy or do?

Hello,my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.Nasal sprays are different but in your case i sugest salt water solutions or saline nasal sprays.You can buy them without a prescription. They loosen up the mucus and congestion.They don't contain any medications, so they can be used frequently during the simtoms.
