Suggest Treatment For Nasal Blockage When With Tilted Nasal Bone

When i was 3 years old, i fell from a height. Because of which my nasal bone was tilted towards left from inside and a little from outside too. Now i am 22 years old. I can t breathe if my right side is blocked because of cold and flu. What should i do? If surgery, then what kind of surgery? I dont think septoplasty would work coz i dont have bone spur or extra part.

In septoplasty; submucosal septal resection and septal reconstruction is done. It will be more of a corrective surgery to your nasal septum deviation.
Please do get consult an OtoRhinoLaryngolist(ENT) and discuss the issue. You might be offered a reconstructive surgery if there is a need.
