Suggest Treatment For Nail Dystrphy

my daughter is having nails problem. all her sixteen to seventeen nails are almost fell off. somebody says it is because of fungus infection, early stages doctor diaognised as exima. after one year other skin specialist told as it is twenty-nail dystrophy. it causes because of genetic reason. i want to know that is there any treatement for her nails?
